WASD - walking

Shift  - Sprint

To pick up you simply need to walk over an item

To craft you simply need to hold the Item of your choosing ( indicated by a green box) and press "E" to interact with the work bench in the bottom right storage room.  All these processed good can be exchanged at the store near the  bottom right of the map.  Simply walk up to the store door and press "E" to interact with it. 

You can switch the selected item with your mouse scrool Wheel. 

Each day, you can find forgeable goodies in the bottom right field of the map.
